Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the recruitment
process and support employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates
Schedule interviews, conduct interviews via Zoom, and administer
skills tests
Maintain data in the recruiting database and assist with personnel
issues and employee training workshops
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring;
international recruiting experience is a plus
Passion for recruitment and human resources
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
PST
Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
