Support the growth of the department through best practices,
training, and cross-department initiatives
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on strategy
and optimization
Proven track record in achieving growth KPIs through integrated
customer experiences
Experience in project management and leading teams
Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing and customer
experience strategies
Experience with Salesforce MarketingCloud is a plus
