Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Specialist, Dynamics to
provide support for CRM and Non-CRM applications.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve customer support issues in accordance with service level
agreements
Support and manage software applications, including customized
Dynamics CRM systems
Perform Dynamics CRM migration services and troubleshoot data
integration issues
Required Qualifications
Experience providing Dynamics CRM Tier 2/Tier 3 support in a remote
call center environment
Ability to manage and maintain highly customized Dynamics CRM
systems
Previous experience with Dynamics CRM migration services
Experience in a Queue Manager function like TrackIt or similar
systems
Proven track record of adhering to helpdesk SLAs and effectively
supporting internal customers
