Production/Quality Assurance SupportThis role ensures that packaging products meet high quality and consistency standards by collaborating with the production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across teams to uphold production excellence.Key Responsibilities:Monitor daily production operations to meet quality standards.Perform regular quality inspections on materials and products.Identify production issues, troubleshoot, and suggest improvements.Support the implementation of quality control processes and compliance with regulations.Prepare and maintain production and quality documentation.Assist in process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Ensure proper functioning of machinery and adherence to safety protocols.Provide feedback on recurring quality issues and participate in audits and reviews.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; quality control or manufacturing certification is a plus.2+ years of experience in production or quality assurance, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.Knowledge of quality control standards and inspection processes.Ability to read and interpret technical documents.Experience with production machinery, safety, and efficiency.Key Competencies:Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to safety and compliance standards. #Talroosouthwest Associated topics: automation, prevent, prevention, qa, quality assurance, quality assurance analyst, quality assurance lead, test, test engineer, tester
