Ensure seamless system functionality and ongoing support for

Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow integrations and
development team
Implement continuous improvement and automation strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Workday integration experience
Experience with systems integration methods (e.g. REST, SOAP)
Knowledge of ServiceNow platforms
Hands-on experience with API integrations
Continuous improvement and automation experience
