Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Stop Loss to assist in
overseeing the department and managing claims processes.
Key Responsibilities
Perform weekly audits of claims to ensure correct filing and
reimbursement
Manage stop loss tracking and maintain logs for members over the
deductible
Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance
management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
At least 5 years of group health insurance/benefits experience
required
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to learn new computer applications easily
