A company is looking for a Coordinator, Leasing.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between the leasing team, underwriting
department, and prospective residents for leasing applications
Manage administrative functions to support the sales team
efficiently
Coordinate and organize leasing paperwork and documentation,
ensuring accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
Active Real Estate License is a must
1+ years of real estate or property management experience
preferred
2+ years of experience in administrative support or a similar
role
2+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
High School Diploma or equivalent
