Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to lead
their legal operations function.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability
across the legal team
Optimize contract management workflows and integrate them with
company-wide systems
Analyze legal data to identify trends, support decision-making, and
measure the impact of legal operations initiatives
Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in legal operations or as a
paralegal
B.A. or B.S. degree required
Strong understanding of legal principles with a focus on process
improvement
Experience collecting and analyzing legal data, creating
dashboards, and presenting insights to leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Ironclad, DocuSign,
and Slack
