Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of engagement and retention
programs across digital touchpoints
Build audience marketing capabilities through research and
analytics to enhance user understanding
Define user engagement KPIs and report on the impact and ROI of
marketing programs
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mobile marketing, CRM, or
data-driven marketing
Experience with CRM automation and marketing automation
platforms
Strong understanding of consumer habits and engagement techniques
in digital media
Experience in translating business issues into customer
solutions
Self-driven mindset with a curiosity for emerging platforms and a
visionary approach
