Job Description:
A company is looking for an Open Source Programs Developer to
enhance interactions with Open Source projects and represent the
organization in related communities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain tools for producing and releasing Open Source
software
Create documentation and training materials for contributing to and
maintaining Open Source projects
Engage with Open Source communities to identify market trends and
issues
Required Qualifications
Approximately 3+ years of experience as a software developer, SRE,
or related role
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python,
JavaScript, Java, Go, C#, or Rust
Experience in building tools that enhance productivity for
engineers
Empathy and collaboration skills to foster relationships across
teams
Bonus: Active participation in an Open Source community and
familiarity with Open Source licenses
