Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to lead and execute
payroll operations efficiently and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accurate, timely, and compliant bi-monthly payroll
processing
Ensure adherence to federal, state, provincial, and local tax
regulations
Collaborate with HR colleagues on strategic projects and continuous
improvement efforts
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, and regulations in the
U.S. and Canada
Proficiency in HRIS platforms; experience with Paylocity is
preferred
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with payroll reporting
tools
