Primary Care Physician--Lakeland, FL--
We are currently seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our large and growing practice in Polk County, FL. Our ideal candidate will hold a current unrestricted medical license and will have an active Medicare number. This is a full-time outpatient opportunity, Monday thru Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.--

  Requirements for Primary Care Physician--
  
  • 
    
  • ---Physician Active Florida Medical License or Area of Critical Need License
    
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
    
  • Comfortable seeing 20+ patients a day
    
  • EMR knowledge
    
  • HEDIS is a plus
    
  • Rotate between Winter Haven and Lakeland--
    
  • No existing non-compete
    
    Responsibilities for Primary Care Physician--
    • 
      
    • Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical history, reports, and examination results.
      
    • Analyze records, reports, test results, or examination information to diagnose medical condition of patients.
      
    • Make diagnoses when different illnesses occur together or in situations where the diagnosis may be obscure.
      
    • Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients.
      
    • Prescribe or administer medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
      
    • Monitor patients' conditions and progress and re-evaluate treatments as necessary.
