A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive
customer acquisition, product adoption, and engagement
Monitor growth KPIs and provide insights for optimization
Manage the CRM Manager to execute targeted campaigns across various
channels
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in growth, marketing, or business
development roles, ideally within a fintech or technology-driven
company
Deep technical understanding of CRM tools and experience managing
cross-functional teams
5+ years of hands-on experience with CRM and email/mobile marketing
platforms
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related
field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
