Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Provider Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes enrollment strategies while managing the
enrollment team
Monitors and manages departmental labor costs and optimizes
productivity
Collaborates with various teams to standardize provider enrollment
processes and practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare
6+ years of experience in provider enrollment and/or revenue cycle
management in a healthcare leadership role
Practice Management software certifications preferred
Lean process improvement and leadership training experience
preferred
Provider Enrollment Specialist Certificate (PESC) preferred
