Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Manager RN (Remote) for their
Utilization Management department.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate treatment programs and services for
clients
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate case records
Prepare discharge plans and provide counseling to patients and
families
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
Minimum of 2 years' experience in an acute hospital or
rehabilitation setting
Maryland RN license required
Proficient in standard business applications
Supervisory or management experience preferred
