A company is looking for a Director of eCommerce - DTC.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business
Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention
strategies
Oversee website management and digital content creation
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of experience in DTC, CRM, or marketplace
eCommerce
Proven track record in strategic development within a comparable
brand or FMCG environment
Experience in optimizing performance marketing strategies across
various channels
Strong understanding of eCommerce/CMS platforms and website
management
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in mentoring and
managing teams
