Key Responsibilities
Build tools and experiences that enable operators to efficiently
engage customers with personalized guidance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that

Apply data-driven insights to improve workflows and customer
journeys through iterative testing
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a product management role or related
function
Experience in building tools and processes in a sales, service, or
marketing operations environment
Proven track record of leading and delivering results in a
fast-paced environment
Ability to define projects, drive requirements, and coordinate
across multiple teams
Passion for customer success and empowering people through
technology
