Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Team Leader for their
Docket product teams, who will manage and support a development
team while also contributing to software development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor team members in software development for
the liquid waste logistics industry
Develop and maintain the Docket application, including the data
store, API, and front-end
Coordinate with product managers and other teams to plan product
strategy and track team progress
Required Qualifications
At least one year of experience as an Engineering Manager with
direct supervisory responsibilities
Prior experience as a Software Engineer with proficiency in
mainstream programming languages like JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP,
or Java
Experience with various data storage solutions (relational and
NoSQL)
Significant experience in front-end development, particularly with
React
Ability to develop and maintain unit, functional, and integration
tests
