This role will be supported by a dedicated team of Educators for Preop/PACU, the Operating Room, and CVOR, along with CNOR-certified Nurses, Quality Improvement Specialists, and operational staff.The Assistant RN Manager OR Operations will guide unit operations, including customer experience, budget, human resources, leadership, and quality outcomes. This role will lead education programs to enhance clinical competence, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance. They will assist in developing training materials, monitor surgery performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
