Job Description:
A company is looking for a Quality Engineer to manage customer
quality concerns and improve product quality through collaboration
and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and communicate customer results with relevant teams
Collaborate with account teams and customers to address quality
needs
Monitor and report metrics to track continuous quality
improvements
Required Qualifications
B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field
Minimum 3 years of proven quality experience
Documented training and certifications desired
Experience in statistical analysis and data interpretation
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams,
Power BI)
